Hey Steve,

I've been thinking a lot about how to keep it going, not just the mental high but the fitness and everything. When I'm 40 I want to be getting up in the morning for runs and have a resting heart rate near 50.

Eventually I need to break camp so I can spend more time with my family, but I want to do a compact version of this workout from here on out.

Way to go, big guy! I am familiar with this great feeling about my progress while getting ready for a bout. It's awesome! Savor the experience to the fullest. Then let it go and keep going. Yeah, that's my Zen side talking, but it's important. Keep at it!
