Ankle Injury
Some of you might have noticed my decreased post frequency. Well I tweaked my ankle a little bit doing some light shadow boxing. This is the 3rd time I’ve hurt it in a month and I’ve decided to take a vacation. Maybe it’s a bit too long of a vacation, but I’ll be back training and posting hard on Monday.

Hope you get better soon. I am also battling flu(2nd time in 4 weeks) and having some extended time off from training.
Oh man, I’m sorry to hear that. Ankle injuries are no fun. I sprained my ankle pretty badly about 15 years ago in a pickup basketball game. I took care of it pretty well, but it still occasionally bothers me if I run too far or run too many flights of stairs.
It’s good that you’re taking a break. You’ll probably want to go easy on it for the first few workouts to make sure the ankle is strong again. Take good care of yourself!
