					<description>Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that.  Ankle injuries are no fun.  I sprained my ankle pretty badly about 15 years ago in a pickup basketball game.  I took care of it pretty well, but it still occasionally bothers me if I run too far or run too many flights of stairs.  

It's good that you're taking a break.  You'll probably want to go easy on it for the first few workouts to make sure the ankle is strong again.  Take good care of yourself!</description>
