2010 Is My Year

A new year is a new start and it marks a good time to change patterns of behavior, work on weakpoints and eliminate vices.

Already I feel invigorated about my plan for 2010. I’m getting my diet straight so I can drop 15 lbs and stay near fight weight all year. I’m giving up caffeine and alcohol this year, which alone should allow me to drop weight. I’m also going to be more consistent with my strength training so I don’t lose muscle when my weight drops.

I’ve been running every day this year and unlike 2009 I’m going to be a regular at my boxing gym consistently. I also plan to be a better blogger and post more useful content, I have some fights I want to break down from a training perspective so stay tuned for that.
